Division: Group Digital Capabilities (GDC)
Reporting to the TDE Tribe manager, manages the People aspects of the Group Digital Capabilities Division, and ensures the human capital of the Division supports the Tribe's delivery needs and strategy, through adequate capacity and expertise. Contributes to the EOC transformation by being the divisional SPOC for all corporate people related transformation.
Working with the Tribe Leads and the Transformation and Delivery Enablement tribe, is responsible to define, maintain and execute a human capital strategy for the 3 months to 5 years window. Oversees the HR People lifecycle embedding and the related people development, career development and expertise needs of the Division.

- In charge to develop and regularly update the Human Capital strategy of the Division. This includes the sourcing strategy from 3 months to 5 years, the expertise map inventory and projection, and the staff budget matching and adjusting.
- In charge of the people development plans at Division and Tribe level, including the coaching of the People Managers (Squads Leads) into the execution of this plan on the floor. Role model of the servant leader behavior expected of the Squads Leads promoting autonomy and empowerment of the people on the floor.
- In charge of the common objectives sharing of employees and external parties in common delivery areas. This happens through translating the Division and Tribe objectives to the teams and expressing these in employee objectives and vendor incentives.
- Is responsible for the ecosystem of processes related to the human capital/manpower/workforce. This covers, not exhaustively, staff budget, trainings, facilities, user access management, information management, onboarding, etc.
- Oversights the engagement survey results for the divisions and define the related action plans to improve.
- Supports the organization of GDC people related events.
