The Role: As our Sales Operations Specialist for France, you'll be the glue holding our operations together, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, innovative company in the forklift industry that's dedicated to making a difference.
You will be working in an established but dynamic team taking care of the French customers. Surrounded by experienced people who can help and support you growing into the role. A great place to build a network for you.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our French dealer network
- Process customer orders promptly and accurately
- Drive sales promotions and coordinate customer activities
- Coordinate and book transports, managing the product flow with our partners for optimized logistics
- Work collaboratively with the regional sales managers and the operations team
- Continuously strive to improve our customer service and overall customer experience
Requirements
- You are fluent in French (native speaker level) and have a high proficiency in English. Other languages are a plus
- You have a solid background in sales operations, ideally in a B2B environment
- You have experience in transport logistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are your second nature
- You are customer-centric, always seeking ways to enhance the customer experience
- You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks
