Personal Assistant (to the CEO)
As PA you support the CEO in his daily activities. You are responsible for a wide range of tasks: calendar management, organizing and preparing meetings, taking minutes, handling telephones and answering emails. You are the point of contact in the absence of the CEO and you play a crucial role within the organization.

You are responsible for the CEO's calendar management, including efficiently scheduling meetings, appointments and travel.

You coordinate internal and external communications, including phones, emails and correspondence from the CEO.

You organize meetings and follow deadlines closely.

You prepare and manage reports, presentations and other (confidential) business documents.

You participate in meetings, take minutes and follow up on agenda and action items.

You manage travel requests from A to Z.

You are an essential link between the CEO and Management Team on the one hand and employees, customers, stakeholders and external contacts on the other.
